Cutting body weight hard. Goal: drop fat, keep muscle. Focus is back / shoulders / neck. Daily movement (bike, calisthenics, sandbag, meadows rows, grip/forearm).

High protein, controlled carbs, minimal processed crap. No wheat if I can help it. Rice / potatoes if I need carbs. No seed oils. Track what actually hurts me.
I update the plan in Journal as I dial this in.
