Bodyslims Pre-Game… Locking In Control Before Day One
I will be starting Bodyslims on April 29th, 2026. I’m currently sitting close to 20 stone. Maybe I dip under before I start… maybe I don’t… It doesn’t matter.
The last time I started at 19st 11lbs and dropped fast. Different body. Different setup. No TRT. No understanding of what was actually going on.
This time is different.
🧠 Appetite Is The Variable
Nebido does what it’s supposed to do… but it comes with appetite. Not mild hunger, a constant background noise that chemically nags and nags until I innevitably give in. Ozempic keeps that in check… but only just at the current dose (0.25mg which is the lowest dose available).
So going into this, I will likely request to increase it. Not to suppress hunger into the ground… Just to bring it back to something manageable while I adjust to:
- higher protein (Satiating, makes food filling)
- higher fibre (The best way to achieve volume eating)
- lower calories (1600kcal daily)
This isn’t a shortcut. It’s removing friction at the exact point where failure usually happens.
🧱 This Phase Is About Control
Not weight / Not speed / Not results Control.
Because if I can’t control intake now… nothing else matters in 70 days.
🍽️ Structure Over Guesswork
- ~1600 kcal target (not negotiable)
- One eating window
- 2–3 structured meals
- Same foods, repeated
No variation for the sake of it. No “what do I feel like?” Just execution.
🚶 Movement Is Already Decided
Walking isn’t optional. So I don’t treat it like one.
- Daily movement
- Gradually reintroducing load (rucking)
- Tied to something I’ll actually complete
It’s not about pushing hard. It’s about not stopping.
🛌 Sleep Stops The Drift
Sleep is where everything either holds… or falls apart.
So:
- earlier nights
- consistent wake time
- no random schedule
Nothing extreme. Just predictable.
📋 What This Phase Actually Is
This isn’t the transformation. It’s the removal of excuses.
- appetite → managed
- food → controlled
- movement → locked in
- sleep → stabilised
So when April 29th hits… There’s nothing left to figure out.
