Back in.

Not starting from zero…
but I did forget something important.


Starting Point

  • 20st 7.1lbs
  • 130.2kg

Dare to Dream

  • 240 lbs
  • 17st 2lbs
  • 108.9kg

Not the focus right now.

But the direction is set.


What This Run Looks Like

  • 1700 kcal limit (not a target)
  • OMAD at night (after the pool)
  • Daily walking (1 hour straight)
  • Pool routine is back in

Week 1

Keep it simple:

  • SMASH salads
  • Jelly
  • Ehrmann mousse
  • Banana cream whey
  • Mammoth powder

No variety needed yet.

Just get used to eating less again.


The Shift

Last time was Ger’s program.

This time:

  • It’s Carla’s version
  • All the content is new to me, well a variant of what I consumed before.

Same system… different delivery.


What I Forgot

The mental side. That’s the system.

Not the food.
Not the walking. Altthough I had stopped taking the action.

The thinking. This is the WHY I stropped taking the action.


Day 1

Took Jasper out for the hour. Simple.
No overthinking. We walked to the Dog Park


Structure

The app handles everything this time:

  • tasks
  • tracking
  • progression

So I don’t need to build anything.

I just need to follow it.


The Job

  • Log everything
  • Stay within calories
  • Do the walks
  • Do the tasks

That’s it.


Reality

I don’t need a new plan. I need to use the one I already have.


Closing

No chasing motivation.

Just show up and run the system.
